I always feel bad calling about Internet problems, but this time I have 3 techs in my livingroom and two engineers on their phones. Someone gurfed the modem in the basement.
I was expecting a router replacement or updated MAC but 1.5 hours it's still going.
Apparently it's a core network problem and I am the only one affected.
They broke out the line tester at one point to see if it was a signal issue.
Fixed. A hung process on the core switch
